Hi, we are looking forward to a trip to Italy and Switzerland (might squeeze in Paris if we fly in there) next Aug. for 2 wks. with our kids before they head to college. Would love to hear any favorites and experiences you would be sure to plan when traveling with teens. Thanks so much!!

We have travelled to Italy and other places in Europe with our teens. Get them involved in planning so they own the trip. As far as other ideas, what are their interests? Art history shopping food outdoor adventure? Easier to give ideas if we know interests.

If you're planning to visit Venice, you might want to check out rowvenice.org. The kids could learn Venetian-style rowing.

Thanks so much! Yes I should’ve mentioned their interests... all things sports related, both enjoy/appreciate food/cooking, and daughter is very creative/art minded. Thanks again!
