Sorry, this is a vain topic.
After reading the posts about taking an expensive CHI straightening iron from home and watching it 'fry' when used in the European outlets, I've decided to leave mine at home.
Now I'd like to purchase one when I arrive in Germany. I've looked at Amazon.de and Ebay.de but can't tell which one is the best. In the US it's the CHI brand (ceramic plates, top of the line, used in salons).
Can anyone (particularly someone who lives in Europe) steer me in the direction of a great straightening iron?
