Is the ISIC youth card worth it? I am wondering if people hae really ended up using it or not. I am thinking that my rail pass discounts are just as good

It depends on what you will be using it for and how long you will be abroad. I used mine at museums, restaurants and a hostel every now and then. These places usually offered student discounts I may have been able to get with just a normal student ID but I felt the ISIC was worth having for my six weeks in Europe.

I used it all the time for discounted tickets in museums in Europe. In South America, it got me one $.50 discount.
