I am going to tarvel with a laptop and take a dental aparatus with me all the way to Venice. I would like to leave both of them in the left luggage facility in Marco Polo airport,so I don't carry them around for 2 days.
has anyone done this? Is it safe to do? I know some airports now have cameras, but I'm not sure how safe this would be.

I've done left luggage at Frankfurt. It was fine. I can't really speak to whether it works well everywhere.

Did it in Milan at the train station. No problems. Then again it will have to be your decision once you arrive.

Personally, I'd be a little reluctant to leave something as valuable as a laptop. Most likely nothing will happen, but how much of a risk do you really want to take?

Of course I don't want anything to happen to my laptop, but I hate carrying it on my back.
