Is a Volvo XC60 as big as a Seat Alhambra ? Or a ford Galaxy ? Or a grand Picasso ?

Hey, my search for an SUV/Van / Crossover for my Ireland trip is driving me crazy (pun intended).

I need a bigger vehicle to carry my mobility device and luggage. We had a Seat Alhambra in England in 2017 and it was perfect. I’m not familiar with the Volvo XC60 so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it compares to the Alhambra in terms of general size or not.

Thanks.

The SEAT Alhambra was discontinued in 2020. I doubt it is still in a rental fleet. The replacement looks to be the Tarraco

The Tarraco, Volvo xc60 and Rav4 are all about the same size ( hope that gives you a frame of reference)

SEAT Tarraco
Wheelbase -(109.8 in)
Length- (186.4 in)
Width -(72.4 in)
Height- (65.3–65.9 in)

RAV4 and Volvo:

I drive a 2019 XC60 & my partner drives a Rav4. My XC60 is slightly larger in all dimensions. IMO the Volvo has quite a bit more luggage space. If you fold down 1 or both seats there is a lot of space for cargo. The rear seats are 1/3-2/3

The XC60 and Alhambra may be similar in external dimensions, but they are different types of vehicles and use their space differntly. The Alhambra's category of "MPV", or "people mover" will offer quite a bit more interior space than an equally sized SUV/CUV.
