I am really tempted to give you a " Let me google that for you" link. The "shoulder" months seem to be popular. May/June and Sept/October. July and August are the hot months. Winters are mild, but windier and more rain. If you go during the winter, the tourist destinations may be closed down (or at least some of the shops).
