Real easy. I live in Florence for extended periods of time. Go to the little pharmacy with the lit green cross sign (they are on nearly every block). Cut out the part of the packaging of your current product, like Depends, that has the gender and the size, such as large/xlarge, and usually in inches and metric. Show it to the nice lady behind the counter (She most likely is the pharmacist and usually speaks English anyway) and she will know what you want. If you know you will be there for an extended time, they will be happy to order additional supplies.
