IN PARIS & MY MASK BROKE

I've been traveling with my cpap and having no problems. But when I unpacked yesterday I found that the connection from my hose to the mask had broken en route. My limited french makes it tough to call around asking for a new mask. Any helpful hints on how to go about purchasing a new on in Paris?

The trick to all language barriers is -- visual aids!! Take your whole CPAP device to a pharmacy. Even though they probably won't have the part you want, they will know its name in French, where to get it, and may even offer to call to the proper place to order one.
Good luck. This is something that can be resolved in a city the size of Paris.
