Immersion heating coil- Carry on rules for planes?

Dear All, Is it possible per TSA rules to fly with a water heater immersion coil in a carry-on bag? I will be flying in to the Low Counties in late August and am trying to take essentials in a carry-on bag. Thanks in advance! I checked this forum and could not find an answer.........Peace, Lisa T.

It should be just fine to get through TSA and EU security to get on your flights (TSA only operates here in the USA). Don't try to plug in in while on the plane.

Hopefully yours is dual voltage? Because if it's not, you may blow a fuse the first time you plug it in when you're in Europe...

I have been traveling with one for years and no one has ever stopped me for having it.
