Since poor Iceland doesn't rate getting its' own category, thought I would start one. This is a popular country to visit, it has lots of cool tourist attractions and Iceland Air lets you layover here for a few days.
For my own planning, I am interested in the Icelandic Horse riding tours, the Northern Lights (is Nov. or March better?) and of course a lovely spa experience that won't break the bank.
Would like to hear from others about their experiences and recommended tours here.

So only countries that have their own guidebook are listed on the forums? Is that why Malta isn't there either? Beyond Europe gets a listing though. :-)
Wouldn't it be practical to list other countries, now that the website has undergone all these changes anyway?
Seriously, to research and write a guidebook is one thing, but how hard is it to make another forum? I, for one, am really excited about my upcoming stopover in Iceland (in two weeks!), and it would be nice to have a dedicated forum to find all Iceland-related posts in one place without searching for them. Thanks for making this post, Jo!
By the way, I got Lonely Planet's guidebook on Iceland, and it seems like a pretty good resource (even if some of the phrasing can be a bit silly).
