How well does Lebara work as a Cell service provider

I am shopping for a Sim card for my Android phone (unlocked GSM).
Lebara rates are good but we are travelling to many countries and are concerned with not finding a compatible network ( as compared to say Vodaphone). What is the Lebara experience out there?
