How to revise a filed dPLF?

I’ve written to the contact provided for dPLF queries at Malta Health Regulation and received an “Automatic” reply which didn’t answer my question. So, here goes, since filing our dPLF with the authorities, one leg of our flights into Malta has changed. I don’t know how to edit or revise my filed dPLF. Should I try and submit another form with corrected flight information? Thank you for your time.
