I’ve written to the contact provided for dPLF queries at Malta Health Regulation and received an “Automatic” reply which didn’t answer my question. So, here goes, since filing our dPLF with the authorities, one leg of our flights into Malta has changed. I don’t know how to edit or revise my filed dPLF. Should I try and submit another form with corrected flight information? Thank you for your time.

I was able to edit mine (for Italy) by logging into this page: https://app.euplf.eu/#/ I selected "My PLFs" from the menu on the right after I logged in.

BB - Works for me, and it gave me a chance to upload my CDC card with the booster entered too.
