First of all, do not reply to the post. This only serves to prolong it and amplify it. You will notice the forum specifically asks that users do not reply to these types of posts.
Log in and click on the report link. Give the reason why you think it is inappropriate and then go on.

Every time someone responds to one of these posts, it brings it to the top, date and time wise. Let it "die" naturally. If you've already responded to a legitimate post below it, go to your response and click on "edit", then click on "save change" (you don't have to actually change anything). Doing this will place that thread above the inappropriate one. Drive it downward.
Report them and move on as requested by the Web Master. Why dignify these disgusting posts with an answer?
