I booked the Eurostar and a TGV through Omio. The result was that when Eurostar train was cancelled, I could not rebook in the App. Customer support is provided by a chatbot. Since the ticket was non changeable, the chatbot wouldn't let me rebook once the train was cancelled.
They have no active phone line, apparently there is a phone number in New York, but it is not active. Omio claims I have to request the refund through Eurostar. Eurostar does offer a refund and compensation for my lost hotel stay, but they require me to process the refund through the booking site. What a mess.
The Eurostar agent suggested that I post a request on X, to see if I can get some help.
I'd rather not do that. Does anyone have another idea of how to get through to Omio?
