Folks, I've purchased the card online for us and pick is on Termini station. Where and who do we show the print out that I received to collect the pass? Will it activate automatically or when I use it the first time the next day? There is a code in it, no barcode. Thanks.

Unless something's changed since I was last there in late 2008, the Termini pick up is at the TI in the middle of platform 24 (where the Leonardo Express departs/arrives). While we purchased ours upon arrival, the table is staffed so I would assume you just give the confirmation to the staffer. The transportation pass will be activated from the first time you use it, and likewise the Roma Pass. If you use the pass to visit the Colosseum/Forum/Palentine Hill, don't worry about swiping it each place. It knows to only count that as one visit, assuming you do so in one day.
