I'm moving to England in less than four weeks and will be doing a lot of travelling in my free time. I'm thinking about buying some stuff from Rick Steves site - moneybelt, backpack, travel cubes etc. But I'm not sure as to how long it will take for them to get to ON Canada.
Does anyone have any idea?

In my experience, it should only take a week or two for items to reach you. I believe ETBD uses UPS exclusively for shipping, and they're usually fairly quick.
There may be a choice of shipping methods available on the order form (ie: normal or expedited), but I can't remember for sure. Given the circumstances, I'd pay the extra charges for expedited.

Four weeks shouldn't be a problem. As I recall, my last order took 1-2 weeks. It all depends on customs, as they can be exceedingly slow, or just fine.
UPS sometimes levies brokerage fees for customs, extortion, etc.
I try to avoid them at all cost.
It isn't a problem. All fees are prepaid and up front - you know exactly what you're paying.
