How are mobile numbers written in UK?

I've been trying to book a flight with easyJet from Paris to Venice. I get hung up on the question where it asks for a mobile number. I've put in every combination of numbers I can think of, and nothing works. It won't let me book the flight. I've even tried choosing "I don't have a mobile number," and it still tells me to enter a valid phone number. As I understand it, this is the way a call from Europe to the US should be dialed: 00-1-727-000-0000 (example) I've also tried: 1-727-000-0000 +1 727-000-0000 +00 +1 727-000-0000 001-727-000-0000 00+1-727-0000
as well as anything I can think of. I've tried calling, and they are closed. Any suggestions? Thanks!

leave out the separators. I don't fly so know nothing from EasyJet other than they are a picky bunch, but separators are not commonly used here. If required in any place it is normally a space rather than a dash. For the rest of your format I can't really help. Sorry.....

0017270000000 is how you'd call everwhat number in the US from England, if that's your question.

At least in Germany, numbers are organized by area codes (for example, numbers in Munich start with 80). If you are in the area code, you don't have to start the number with 80. If you are outside the area code, dialling into Munich, you have to start with zero (080...) to show it's outside your area code, long distance. When you dial in from outside Gemany, it assumes that you are dialing into another area code, so the initial 0 is unnecessary. You might want to delete leading zeros. But you still need to start with the country code for UK, 44?.

I hate it when websites aren't coded properly like this. It should accept phone numbers in whatever format you chose to write it.
