Seeking some valuable insider knowledge for a reasonably priced hotel in Lake Lugano ($150 - $200 Euros per night).

Judy, I assume you're referring to a Hotel in the city of Lugano? I stayed at This Hotel last year, and would certainly recommend it. I always enjoy watching the video in their Italian language section. One point to mention. The station is located above the town, so not close to the majority of Hotels. While it is possible to get down to the main part of town using the Funicular and walking, a Taxi would be advisable with luggage. Cheers!

Thanks Ken. It looks as thought it will 'fit the bill'. We will be taking the Bernina Express from Zurich to Ticiano and then bus to Lake Lugano.
