Hello - just wondering if anybody knows of a terrific family hotel, in both of these cities, that is safe and budget friendly for my large family. We would like to be near a train line into CDG in Paris. We also have a stop in London which we will be spending a night and head out of London City airport.

Many, many hotels in the Luxemburg Gardens area, which is a straight shot from Luxemburg RER station to CDG. And a park for running kids.

" large family" ...how large, its hard to find a small room for four, more then that and its a real challenge.
What is budget in euros per night, and how many people, you may do better to look at vrbo.

What time is your flight from London City, how big is "large family", is it just the 3 you are Mom of, or is there a dad along, extended family too or not, babies, kids or teens, or maybe adult kids? Where will you be arriving from in each case? More information yields a customised answer - less gets cookie cutter.
