We are planning to fly into Naples, Italy on June 18th for one night and need to get to the port to catch the hydrofoil in the morning at 10:00am Does anyone know a nice hotel near the port that would make it easier to get there in the morning. We have heard Naples isn't the safest city and I am hoping something near the port will be nice and safe as well. Three star or four star would be fine.

Adria, For a very nice and "safe" Hotel, you might have a look at This Hotel. Although it's not in the Port area, there are some nice Restaurants and other facilities there, and the staff at the Hotel are great! There shouldn't be any problem getting to the Port in the morning. Ask your Hotel to reserve a Taxi and establish the price "up front". There's an especially nice Bar at the end of the street (as I recall, it's called Gambrinus Gran Cafe). If you see the Pastry displays, you won't want to leave! Happy travels!
