Has anyone every heard of the Champs Elysees Friedland Hotel at 177 Rue Du Faubourg near the Eiffel Tower?

Its actually at 177 Rue Du Faubourg St Honore. It's at intersection with Ave de Friedland 800 meters ENE of the Arc de Triomphe. Quite a ways from the Eiffel Tower, but possibly with a good view?
