Has anyone had any experience renting apartments through Homelidays.co.uk? They are the first site I've looked at, so I am open to suggestions. Thanks!!

Used homelidays in Venezia and Wien and was very happy both times. When traveling in a party of 3+ a rental apartment is a very comfy and economical way of accommodation in my humble opinion.

I haven't personally used Homelidays but a friend has twice and been very satisfied. You might also check vrbo.

Debbie - I have used Homelidays for booking apartments in Vienna, Rome, Florence, Venice, Athens and Santorini (Greece). I have never been disappointed. I am planning to be in Munich and Berlin this summer and have again booked through the site. Please go ahead and book - I don't think you would be disappointed. Please look through the options carefully before selecting an apartment. You should also correspond with the owner - the site lets you correspond directly.

Hey Debbie from Los Angeles, I'm in Los Feliz. Where are you? Haven't used Homelidays so can't comment. VRBO is popular. At Home in London offers wonderful accommodations. Last trip I tried the airbnb website and was very pleased with the two places I used pre and post my tour of Istanbul. Good Luck.
