I would like to take 2 weeks and tour Holland & Germany. IS there a tour that goes to just those 2 countries? If not, what is the best palce to start and finish?

For this trip combination, Rick Steves is probably not the best source. North Rhine-Westphalia, the German state that borders the Netherlands, gets little attention in his book outside of Cologne. Look for a travel book that is a little more comprehensive.
