I am travelling to Sevilla, Grenada, Ronda, Toledo in December. Because I get out of breath easily, I am concerned about being able to reach hotels, places of interest, etc. in locations cars cannot easily reach. If you know these cities, am I worrying needlessly? I want to stay in small, out of the way locations to grok the local scene but they also tend to be more difficult to reach.
The small winding streets have the greatest appeal but even IF I have luggage on wheels, which I will, hills will be a challenge. Advice, knowledge to share, thoughts?
Thanks!!
The only city of those four where you may have problems is Toledo. There are some climbs along the streets of the old part of the city, but if you take your time you should be fine. The Alhambra in Granada, of course, is way up on top of a hill, but there are buses that can take you to the top from the central plaza. Sevilla is flat, as is most of Ronda, but there are plenty of spots to sit and rest there.

Travelling with SOB (Shortness of Breath) can be challenging at the best of times. Do take it easy.
If you are easily SOB due to a pre-existing medical condition do make sure your condition is well controlled before you travel.
If you carry a rescue inhaler or other symptom relief medication, make sure you carry it with you at all times. I don't mean to lecture here but SOB can be serious and even life-threatening. I'm not being dramatic, I've seen it in the field often. (I'm also EMS.)
Travelling can be exhertive. Travellers often walk far more while on holiday than they may realize.
Do only as much as you feel you can do at a time. Don't be afraid to tell your travel partners when you've had enough. Try to hire transport whenever possible. If you can, keep a number handy for a reputable Taxi Company or at least carry a Bus or Subway schedule, just incase you need a lift.
Most of all, take it easy!
