I can't get my nano to display the "chapters" for the tours nor the illustrations. The right forward and left backward arrow dump me into the previous menu/list. If I press the middle button twice to display the image (that I'm not seeing a smaller one of), it goes straight to info on museum hours, etc. Any helpful hints out there? I have the nano set to download album art.

Double check it's not set on "shuffle" mode. Other than that, try downloading again. All else fails, try the apple.com help boards.

I have downloaded the tours twice now. I unchecked the Shuffle mode and I still get no images. Guess I'll just have to look at what I'm touring! :>D

I never have gotten album art to display on my nano, either.

I don't use itunes often, but I know that there is a setting in there if you want the album art or not. If it is not checked that you want the art, it won't sync it to your ipod. I hope that helps you out.
