Help, what should we cut out?

Me and my friend are planning a trip and tomorrow we'll buy our flight tickets, I've some doubts about if we really can do this with just 15 days!
3 days in London, 3 in Paris, 1 in Brugges, 2 in Amsterdam, 1 in Cologne, 1 to the Eltz Burg and reach Frankfurt, 1 in Frankfurt, 3 in Prague.
We are making this by train, the major part of this trips are a couple hours trips except Frankfurt to Prague, so, ya think we should try this? what would you change, add, or cut out? We are starting October the 16th, is this a good date? Weather? Anybody around there on those days?
