Shift some of those days in Munich;
you only need a couple of days there not unless you are planning daytrips away from there.

I am sorry I can't help with the itinerary, but I wanted to note something in Munich that your girls may find interesting. Sophie Scholl and the White Rose group were active in Munich during the war. They opposed the Nazis. They were executed, but are remembered with a memorial and small museum at the university in Munich. We found it very interesting and I think your girls can relate. Sophie was 21.

The museum is inside a building at the university. It is even reviewed on Trip Advisor. You may want to check it out.

Have a Great trip!
