I'm sorry I didn't know where else to post this but everytime I try to access my private messages(even though I'm signed in)I'm redirected to the sign in page,and I do it again and it then takes me to main helpline message page and I try to access "my profile" and get asked to sign in again everytime I click on the message.This happens over and over no matter how I try to access them.
What am I doing wrong.?

Try refreshing the page and the cache. In Windows Internet Explorer, hold Ctrl and F5 at the same time. If that doesn't work, try fooling around with the Security settings in Internet Options.

Hello Judee. I, also, am not able to read Private Messages that were sent to me here. I asked the website manager about that. She said that problem is caused by some internet access providers. My computer's internet access provider is Netscape Connect. I can read the Private Messages at a computer in a public Library.
