im traveling to spain, italy and france. I use oxygen when exerting myself. my questions are do the portable conections we use in the usa work on europeon oxy tanks and is is possible to rent small tanks in europe? where and how how much

You should go through your insurance company to find contacts that will supply oxygen. It can be done with some research. There's medical supply companies all around Europe similar to those in the states. You can also have a tank on the airplane (or use the airplane's tanktheir preferred method). We had to when our baby was on oxygen during flights from Germany to the states. It's a mess of paperwork, but it can be done.

tk u for the help. do you know if they rent small tanks for daily or weekly rate. and how much. will my tank hook up work on their tanks. i'll be mainly in barcellona rome and paris
