Have you noticed the newest change?

Thank you, Webmaster. That little box (picture? symbol?) makes it so much easier to follow a discussion ☺☺

Blind here - don't see what you are referring to

When the OP responds to their own post it shows a little shaded box next to their name with OP in it. It's nice because when a thread gets long it's nice to be able to spot a response from the OP especially if they've been asked a follow-up question. I like it.

And it will be helpful in distinguishing piggy-back/hijacked posts.

Thanks, Andrew!

I noticed it a couple of hours ago. My first thought was: "Has this been here all the time and I never noticed it?"

There is another change. If you click on somebody's name, then on "View Topics xxxx Has Participated In", this list now has an extra column "Updated At", but in a curious format: "2016-06-17 10:59:57 -0700" I assume the "-0700" is an offset from GMT/UTC. Is that Seattle time?

I also noticed the little "OP" box but hadn't got around to commenting on it yet. Thank you Webmaster, that is a nice feature!

Yeah - I noticed the time thing as well...not sure how I feel about that one - hoping it's a glitch, but I do like the OP box...

Good catch–the user posts page should be displaying in your local time again rather than our home office timezone. :)

Don’t see any change in this thread too so far.

Hmm, maybe if I add a reply, then you'll see the innovation.

Yep, there it is. Does that help everyone?

Clue, read my name ☺

I assume the "-0700" is an offset from GMT/UTC. Is that Seattle time?

No, Seattle is -0800 (8 hours behind current UK time. I know Denver on MST is -0800 from CST and -0700 from GMT. Seattle is an hour behind Denver). At least when both are on standard time.

Maybe someone is on daylight time and someone isn't. But I think both change to daylight time in April.

I think it's current time in Seattle, which is an hour ahead for daylight time vs GMT, which is always standard time (?).

This is a good addition, maybe it will help. But I suspect there are plenty of people that simply do not read the posts in a thread. It is obvious sometimes that someone answers one way even though the thread took a whole different direction. One of my pet peeves.

Now if we could just find a way to make sure OPs do come back and respond to questions for more info.

Chani, that's the answer I was waiting for :).
