Have you experienced both chocolate museums (Brussels or Barcelona)?

Hi All,

This summer my family and I will be in both Brussels and Barcelona. Ironically, they both have a chocolate museum. My 13 year old daughter would like to go, and I'm wondering if anyone has gone to both and could give me insight on each (pro / con)?

We will have more time in Barcelona, but I think Belgium is better known for chocolate?

Many thanks!

Melissa

The chocolate museum in Barcelona has a lot of statutes and other 3 dimensional items made of chocolate. many of them geared towards children. When we visited there were lots of school age children there. I haven't been to a chocolate museum in Brussels but a 13 year old would definitely enjoy the one in Barcelona.

Like derek I've only been to the one in Barcelona. It was interesting to see the creativity. But for me the best part was the ticket, a bar of chocolate. :-)
