PLEASE! Only respond if you have used, or are using the ekit/phone service offered by RailEurope. I do not want to purchase a phone on ebay, mess with SIM cards, or use any of the other purchase/rental services mentioned on the helpline. I ONLY want to know if anyone has had experience, good or bad, with this service.
