Looking for an airport transportation (like the Blue Van) from the Hamburg, Germany airport to my downtown hotel. Any help would be much appreciated!

It's so easy and cheap to take the S-Bahn to Hauptbahnhof or any other station in the center. You might want to do that and just take a taxi from there.
Which hotel are you staying at?
Also I've found the Blacklane app to be very helpful in Hamburg and Berlin.
