I've recently started searching for a tours of Italy and the group I'm traveling with has interest in traveling to Paris as well. We would like to see Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, & Paris. I'm having trouble finding a guided tour that includes these cities. Can anyone recommend a tour that includes these cities?

Most tour companies cover those cities in Italy, here's the Rick Steves version:

I can't imagine a tour that would include Paris in a tour of Italy.

Rick Steves’ Best of Europe in 14 or 21 Days tours include all of this (except Pisa which you might be able to do on your own during free time) and more.

How many nights do you think you will have?
I agree that either the Rick Steves Venice, Florence and Rome tour plus the Best of Paris would be good as well as the 14 and 21 day Best of Europe tours with more time in Paris.
Rick's Best of Italy in 17 days tours covers Venice, Pisa (lunch stop on a transit day for a quick look at the Tower, church and baptistry), Florence and Rome to which you could add Best of Paris for a guided tour there.
