Booked a transfer from Venice to Lake Bled in September. GoOpti cancelled the transfer but has refused to refund the payment. I say refuse because contacting each office, an online chat, and an email to their covid team have gone unanswered. I now have to get the credit card company involved to get my money back.
I am not alone in this issue, as others have written on Facebook having the same issue. I would urge you to find another vendor for transfers.
