For what it's worth, we did a renewal online on 13 March and received a new card today, 29 March. Your experience may or may not mirror that time line.

We did renewal online January 15 and the website on our accounts still says “pending due to government shutdown! “ another reason to be angry with Trump. They sure took our payments fast.

We have renewed twice and time line is about what TC stated. We were in no hurry so we may have perceived it as being quick that it was.
