Glasses on Passport photo I no longer wear glasses

My passport photo was taken a few months before I had my lenses (in the eyes) replaced with Inner-ocular lenses which means I no longer need glasses. I do have Dr. Signed Tecnis ZM900 cards showing I have that.

Will I have a problem without glasses or should I try to find a super weak pair of reading glasses to wear? I would rather not do the fake glasses, as that could screw up some type of vision.

Now, I still have the glasses, minus one lens, since one eye was done one week and the other the following.

No problem. Wear sunglasses.

I'm the opposite way around--no glasses on the passport photo, but since I don't want to wear contact lens on the plane, I use my glasses for the flight. Never had a problem. Assuming you look recognizably like your photo, I don't think you will either.

Facial surgery? Face tattooed? Multiple piercings? An update may be in order. Not wearing glasses? No update for you!

I know this isn't an answer to your question, but here in the UK they don't allow glasses in your passport photo.

I thought I'd mention it out of general interest. Can you tell it's a chilly and damp Sunday afternoon, and I'm bored?!
