I am going to Russia this summer, and seeing some old friends I met on a previous trip to the Balkans. They have never been to the States, and I was wondering if anyone could think of some relatively inexpensive gift ideas that Europeans would like but probably could not find there. They are all in their early-mid 20s if that helps. Thanks in advance for any help.
Autographed pictures from the cast of "Jersey Shore"?
If they're men, maybe baseball (or US football) shirts?
Whenever we go back to visit family in Russia, typical gifts for the family/friends back home are: clothing (t-shirts, neck ties, baby clothes, etc.), perfume, candy, or some souvenir-type trinkets branded with whatever area you live in. I am fairly sure this is the case for most middle-class Russians. If your friends are more well-off, I'd probably nix the clothing and just bring some NJ/America souvenirs.
