Looks like a lot. Please remember the sage advice most will give you...2 nights = 1 full day of sightseeing.
I don't get the Verona bit. I mean it is a lovely town, but really out of your way. I would save it and Italy for another trip and add the days back in somewhere else.
Be sure that your car rental company has no problem with your taking the car into the Czech Republic.
I also agree that you should skip Verona on this trip, unless you have a special reason for going there. It's nice enough, but hardly worth such a long detour.
And sometimes rental agencies don't like going into Italy either. So check the rental agreement carefully. Also most rentals have a gps attached to them so they know where their cars are or have been.
