Train schedules will reflect whatever connections you need to make between Roma Fiumicino and Civitavecchi train stations, typically it's one connection at Roma Trastevere station. How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it.

It is fairly easy. Take Leonard Express into Termini and transfer to the next train to Civit. It is a commuter run with basically three or four trains an hour. About an hour to Termini and another hour to Civit. At Civit you walk about half mile to your cruise ship's shuttle pickup point just inside the entrance to the port. Or you can take the FM1 from FCO (next to Leonard Express) to Trastevere and transfer to the same train to Civit coming from Termini. That is slightly cheaper. Timing is still about two hours or so.

The is no direct bus to Civit. And, of course, you can take a tax or car servicei.

Thank you for your advice posted. also, I had a question when I transfer train from Trastevere station, to catch up FM5 train to Civit, where I should purchase the ticket, on the train or somewhere?

You purchase all your tickets at the airport ticket office. Since they will all be Regionale trains be absolutely sure to validate (time stamp) the tickets in the yellow or blue box near the head of the tracks. Watch - locals will be doing the same thing. You could validate all your tickets are the airport prior to getting on the first train.

If you are staying in Rome you will need a ticket back to Rome from Civit. Buy that ticket at the same time you buy the others - a Regionale ticket. That way you can get off the ship, get to the station, validate the ticket and get on the next Regionale headed to Rome. Besure it is an R train as there are also ICs with reserved seats. The reason for this is that the station will be absolutely packed with other cruisers buying tickets to Rome. It could take longer to buy a ticket than the ride to Rome especially if more than one cruise ship in port.

It would make more sense and get better answer if you deleted your above question (4.27pm) since it doesn't relate to the current heading - getting to Civit.. Then post the question with a proper title in the Greece section just like you posted your original question in the Italy section. That way your question will get the attention it needs.
