Fraser Place Queens Gate - Kensington area in London

Has anyone stayed here recently? My daughters are giving me conflicting reviews and I don't know whether to keep my booking or not.

I haven't stayed at the Fraser, but have stayed at a hotel on Queens Gate, it's a really nice area.
