Hello, My son is in Scotland right now and leaving for France next week for 3 weeks. He'll go back in Scotland for 3 weeks and would like to return to France. Can he stay for 90 days?
Gloria, As I understand the rules, he'll only be able to stay in France an additional 69 days when he returns there. The first three weeks he spent in France will be counted as part of the 90 day allotment. Cheers!
This is a duplicate thread. Both you and the contributors will be confused if you keep both duplicate threads open.
He should count backward 180 days from his final departure date from the Schengen zone. The duration of his stay in the Schengen zone cannot exceed 90 days in that 180-day period.
