Headed to Montreal and Quebec City next month and want to take a good food tasting tour. It can be without alcohol. But definitely sweet and savory items.
Thanks so much.

taste trail on island of orleans. absolutely gorgeous island worth seeing. we rented a car for day to go here, taste chocolates, cheeses. etc along the way. plus bought goodies & wine for a picnic at closed shop with picnic table. one of my favorites.

hope this helps, we spent 5 nights in quebec city before fall color cruise. ate poutine, had a flight tastings of ciders at a pub/bar near our hotel, had breakfast in town with real maple syrup. had a tour of the chateau frontenac and stopped at bar overlooking lower town for glass of wine, walked lower town with all the shops, paintings on outside of buildings, went to sainte anne's canyon (canyonsa.qc.can), stopped at basillica of sainte anne de beaupre near ile de orleans (gorgeous and lit candles for family members.
have fun and enjoy this area

In Montreal, I did the Secret Food Tour of the Mile End neighborhood in 2019 and would recommend it — although check the current reviews of course.
