Looking to fly into Zurich in Summer 2026 and then plan to take a scenic train ride through the Alps. Does anyone have any suggestions for the balance of the trip? Total trip would be 10-11 days....

The RS Guide Swiss book has itinerary suggestions.
It would help if you shared your interests, travel style, group size, etc.
Do a Search here, as there is a wealth of info regarding your question. Filter by "two years or less".
Or- just start reading the posts under Switzerland.
