Flooding situation in Europe

We traveling from Frankfurt through the Black Forest, Staufen, Bregenz, Reutte, Salzburg and then through Linz and Melk to Vienna and then Prague before we go to Berlin. My concern is with the effects of the recent flooding; does anyone have any information on the road conditions leading to Salzburg? Is Salzburg OK and still worth visiting? What about Linz, Melk into Vienna? What about Prague? How is the damage there and we should skip it this year? We are leaving June 12th....

How are you getting from Reutte to Salzburg? Austrian trains from Innsbruck to Salzburg, which go without stops through Germany (Rosenheim, Prien, Traunstein) are getting through, but German Rail seems to have cancelled trains with stops between Rosenheim and Salzburg. The Watzmann Express bus, from Salzburg to Berchtesgaden seems to be running on schedule. It follows the road along the Salzach River part way south out of Salzburg. As for Prague to Berlin, the Elbe has flooded around Bad Schandau, east of Dresden. Trains are being diverted and delay, but apparently getting through. Correction: the German Rail website shows the Austrian trains from Innsbruck to Salzburg running normally, but the Austrian Rail website shows replacement buses for the trains from Kufstein to Salzburg. Apparently the tracks are closed, but buses are getting through.

We were in Prague Mon to Thurs last week, returned yesterday. Some roads were closed, there were flood barriers in some places and some restaurants with terraces close to the river were closed. Some of the metro was closed. The river was high and flowing fast but essentially the city was functioning relatively normally. And it is easing all the time so I would not put it off.
