I just bought 2 flex locks and for the life of me can not set the lock. Any one familiar with RD Flexilocks and knows the secret?

Donna, Did you obtain the Flexilocks from the Rick Steves Travel Store? I haven't been able to find any links on the web on those. Were there no instructions with the locks? It would help if you could provide further information.

yes..but I followed them and it is so hard to press in the release..and when I thought I did..it did not work.

Donna, Hopefully you've now managed to get a combination set on the FlexiLock. If you're not able to hold the reset button while resetting the combination, you may have to enlist the aid of a friend or neighbor. Good luck!

Donna, Go to Youtube and type in "How to reset the combination on an RD Flexilock" It should come up. What does RD stand for?
