My parents and I owna timeshare in Kaanapali Maui and every other year we can go to a different place, so we are thinking about going back to Europe in 2014, since we are going to Australia in 2012. I went to starwoods main site to look for hotels in the capital of iceland (don't know how to spell it) oslo,stockholm, helsinki, moscow and and st. petersurg and came up with nothing. I am pretty sure starwood would have hotles in these cities but maybe I am wrong ro doing something wrong, any help will be great. Thanks!

Yes, the SPG pickings in Scandanavia are pretty sparse. However, the Sheraton in Stockholm is a decent hotel in a great location - can't be beat. The luxury collection Hotel Kamp in Helsinki (part of SPG) is probably one of the top 10 hotels in all of Finland. There are also a few in Russia.
All I can think of is that you went to the wrong website. Also, you are trying to plan stuff 4 years ahead of time (assuming this is for your 2014 trip) - which is not fully realistic. In the intervening years you can bet that there will be new hotels as well as some hotels could leave the group and change their affiliation.
