Finalizing Itinerary for Berlin-Prague-Budapest-Vienna

So after much painstaking deliberation, I believe I have my itinerary finalized for my first European trip in October. So many places I want to see, but I think this gives me a chance to see the "best of" Central Europe. The only thing I'm considering modifying is throwing out Vienna to give more time to Budapest and some flexibility for some day trips from Berlin or Prague. Any feedback or suggestions?

Oct 5 - Portland (PDX) - Reykjavik via Icelandair
Oct 6 - Reykjavik (one day stopover)
Oct 7 - Reykjavik to Berlin (TXL) arriving at 1:05pm
Oct 8 - 12 - Berlin (with day trip to Potsdam mixed in somewhere)
Oct 13 - Berlin, then train or bus to Prague in evening
Oct 14 - 16 - Prague (overnight sleeper train from Prague to Budapest on evening of Oct 16)
Oct 17 -19 - Budapest (I was thinking of booking the Brody House during my stay here)
Oct 20 - 22 - Vienna (early morning train from Budapest on Oct 20)
Oct 23 - Flight from Vienna to Berlin (TXL) via EasyJet arriving at 9:45am. Then depart Berlin (TXL) at 2:05pm via Icelandiar back to Portland (PDX).

Thanks for any feedback on ideas or any changes you would consider.

Not sure I would get a good night's sleep, knowing how ugly this could turn out if the 1st flight has a hiccup.

Eliminating Vienna from this trip gives you your flexibility and allows you to get to Berlin the day before your flight home.
