The service allows you to trade points back and forth (for a fee) so it might be easier to assemble points for free flights from partners like Amex. The points can also be traded for vouchers from hundreds of partners, including many hotel chains as well as Avis and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Several Canadian companies are also on the list, like HBC and Aeroplan.
