What is the secret to faxing the hotel reservation form. My secretary used the exact # given in my tour packet and it will not go through. Anyone know what we are doing wrong?

Don't know. The problem may be very local such as the number may handle both voice and fax. Or your secretary may have neglected to add the country code. Does the hotel have email? They must. Make a PDF of the form and attach it to an email. It's simpler all around.

Did you dial the international access code 011 first? Did you drop the leading zero from the city code? You want to dial
011 + country code + city code without the leading 0 + number.
